Personal training is tailored to your individuals needs. After the initial free consultation we will figure out the safest and most efficient path to reach your goals. The programs available are hybrids of Traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing and Personal Training methods.
Workout in the comfort of your home, backyard, field, or any gym that allows guest Personal Trainers. Equipment is provided. For hygiene reasons it is recommended to have your own pair of hand wraps and gloves (available for purchase).
No previous martial art experience required! We'll even provide you with workout plans for your off days at no cost, as well as some healthy eating options.
